Purpose and Method of Personal Data Collection
  • When signing or processing documents related to the employment of foreign domestic helpers;
  • When signing our employment contract, applicant form, re-selection form, or employment agreement;

  • Upon receiving a contract;
  • When contacting the Company for inquiries or complaints;
  • When using our employment agency services;

  • When participating in promotional activities organized by the Company;
  • For staff training, improving service quality, and handling inquiries — conversations with our customer service representatives may be recorded;
Types of Personal Data

The personal data collected by the Company includes (but is not limited to) the following:

  • Documents or personal information required by the Immigration Department and/or Consulates when processing foreign domestic helper applications;
  • Information required to verify your identity, including copies of ID documents and identification numbers;
  • Chinese and English names, ID card numbers, and birthdates of you and your family members;
  • Copies of relationship proof documents;
  • Contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses;
  • Proof of address, including address verification documents and/or tenancy agreements;
  • Proof of income/assets, such as income statements, bank statements or passbooks, deposit slips, copies of bank or financial account information;
  • Notes or recordings from hotline calls and phone interviews with the Company;
  • Emails or letters sent by you to the Company;
Retention of Personal Data
  • Personal data will be retained until the purpose for which it was collected (or a directly related purpose) has been fulfilled, unless it must be retained under applicable laws or contractual requirements; and
  • In accordance with the above criteria and the Company’s internal procedures, personal data will be deleted from the Company’s electronic, manual, and other storage systems after a specific retention period.
